More memory and more rendering resources answer different questions
The extra capacity on the 16 GB card can matter when a workload needs it. It does not make memory capacity a ranking of GPU speed. Conversely, a higher core count is not a complete game-performance result. Compare the games, resolution and settings you intend to use.
Check the capacity in the retailer’s full model number. This page compares the 16 GB RTX 5060 Ti, not its 8 GB sibling. The table uses NVIDIA’s reference specifications; partner cards can differ in clocks, cooling and dimensions.
Keep native FPS separate from generated frames
Use original game tests with the same settings for both cards. A frame-generation result and a native-rendering result answer different questions. Look for the underlying rendering rate, image quality and responsiveness as well as the displayed FPS counter.

Check the card you will actually order
